All fees paid for services offered on the Platform — including NQAT registration, program admissions, and related educational services — are final and non-refundable. Once payment is completed, we do not provide refunds, credits, or transfers for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances
- Inability to attend, complete, or participate in the service
- Dissatisfaction with the service after purchase
- Failure to appear for scheduled evaluations or program activities
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not accepted after an order or registration has been placed and payment has been received. By completing a purchase on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the transaction is binding and that no refund will be issued.
